When you order your Hug, you’ll be asked for your student’s name, campus location (Couch Center, Cross Village, etc) and cell phone number. If your student lives off campus, please include their full address.
We will text your student the day before delivery to arrange a time to deliver.
We never go inside campus housing or homes and we never leave a delivery at a doorstep or with someone else. Part of the “hug” is to receive their gift with a smile!
We deliver and snap a photo of your student to deliver to you as proof of delivery (and to get one of those very few photos you’ll get while their at college!)

It’s never too early to order!
Because we use outside vendors, there are some items that will take more time to prepare.
While we love to have 2-3 days to prepare and deliver your Hug, sometimes we can get your order completed within 24 hours.

There is a $15 delivery charge for weekday orders and $30 for weekend and rush (within 24 hours) orders.

Due to the high volume of traffic, we do not deliver on home game days. If you want a Hug delivered for a home game day, please arrange to have it delivered the day before.

During check out, there is a space to note any diet or allergy information. Our vendor partners have options for diet or allergy restrictions and we can make adjustments to baskets as needed.
